Valentine's Day




Valentine’s Day is a romantic holiday. Valentine’s Day is also called Feast of Saint Valentine and Saint Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day observed by Anglican Communion, Lutheran Church and Eastern Orthodox Church. Valentine’s Day celebrate on 14th February. Valentine’s Day celebrated in many countries, it is not a holiday in most of them. Feast of Saint Valentine Day is an official feast day in the Anglican communication. In 19th century, Paper Valentine’s became so popular in England, that they were assembled in factories, sixty thousands Valentine’s cards were sent by post in Britain in mid 19th century.
Valentine’s Day also celebrates in the Eastern Orthodox Church. Valentine’s Day was first associated with Romantic love in the High middle Ages, circle of Geoffrey Chaucer. St. Valentine day is celebrated in various Christian denominations on 14 February. Valentines’ day is also called Lovers day.  On Valentine day while the custom of sending flowers, chocolates, sending cards and other gifts originated in the UK.  The Charter of the Court of Love is an annual celebration on 14, February.
